ASSISTANT INSTRUCTOR FROM £165.00 (flexible evening schedule)

This course represents 3 of the 7-day Instructor Developement Candidate (IDC) Program. You will learn how to: -

  • become comfortable about teaching in front of a class
  • present the PADI course content following their structured approach
  • give dive briefings before and after pool training as well as in the 'Open Water'
As an 'Assistant Instructor' you can become a 'Medic First Aid' Instructor, you can teach 'Discover Scuba' and 'Peak Performance Bouyancy' plus other specialities. You can also run a complete PADI 'Open Water' Course with an Instructor present.

Planning your AI Course well in advance of your IDC and Instructors Exam (IE) will enable you to practice and develop your teaching presentation in both the classroom and the pool.
Consequently, this will enable you to approach the final 4 days of your IDC with confidence and excitement rather than in fear and trepidation.
